This site is a result of the investigations I have done while restoring a number of LC's. I originally collected the information on this site for my own use but due to all the help and assistance I have had from so many fellow LC enthusiasts I decided I would make it accessible to anyone attempting to restore there bike to original condition.

While I have made every effort to find a definitive answer to the long running question "what is standard" I have come to the conclusion that there is no such thing. You should remember that when originally built they were built to a price and not a standard hence suppliers would change along with the finish of the parts they supplied to Yamaha during the bikes production run.

LC Parts Drawing

Fancy making your own part, these are engineering drawings I have had done for parts that are NLA or difficult to find. My plan is to continue to add parts drawing (these can be in DXF, DWG, or IGES file format ) as I get them done, if there is a part you would like drawing up and I already have the part I will try and get it done. If I dont have the part and you are happy to send me it I can get the drawing done and send your part back to you.
